YI、TCJT-30型差示扫描量热仪概述:
TCJT-31型差示扫描量热仪应用范围有:对材料氧化诱导时间的测定,高分子材料的固化反应温度和热效应、物质相变温度及其热效应测定、高聚物材料的结晶、熔融温度及其热效应测定、高聚物材料的玻璃化转变温度等。实验对象为:固态、液态、粘稠试样,除了气体。将试样和参比物分别放入坩埚,置于炉中进行程序加热,改变试样和参比物的温度。若参比物和试样的热容相同,试样又无热效应时,则二者的温差近乎为“零”,此时得到条平滑的曲线。随着温度的增加,试样产生了热效应,而参比物未产生热效应,二者之间就产生了温差,在DTA曲线中表现为峰,温差越大,峰也越大,温差变化次数越多,峰的数目也越多。峰顶向上的峰称为放热峰,峰顶向下的峰称为吸热峰。

Tcjt-31 differential scanning calorimeter can be used to measure the oxidation induction time of materials, the curing reaction temperature and thermal effect of polymer materials, the phase transition temperature and thermal effect of materials, the crystallization, melting temperature and thermal effect of polymer materials, and the glass transition temperature of polymer materials. The experimental objects are: solid, liquid, viscous samples, except gas. Put the sample and reference material into the crucible respectively, and then put them into the furnace for programmed heating to change the temperature of the sample and reference material. If the heat capacities of the reference material and the sample are the same, and the sample has no thermal effect, the temperature difference between them is almost "zero", and a smooth curve is obtained. With the increase of temperature, the sample has thermal effect, while the reference material has no thermal effect, there is a temperature difference between them, which shows as a peak in the DTA curve. The larger the temperature difference, the larger the peak, the more times the temperature difference changes, and the more number of peaks. The peak upward is called exothermic peak, and the peak downward is called endothermic peak.
