键合型手性柱的修复方式:
CHIRALPAK IA/IB/IC/ID
Step 1用EtOH0.5ml/min冲洗30min,再用100%THF0.5ml/min冲洗2h
Step2 用EtOH0.5ml/min冲洗30min过渡
Step3用正己烷/乙醇=80/20(v/v)冲洗色谱柱
Step4若效果不好,将THF更换成100%DMF或DMAC0.3ml/min冲洗3h
CHIRALPAK IA-3/IB-3/IC-3/ID-3
Step1用EtOH0.5ml/min冲洗30min,再用100%THF0.5ml/min冲洗2h
Step2 用EtOH0.05ml/min冲洗300min过渡(低流速冲洗对提高手性柱理论塔板数很重要!)
Step3若效果不好,将THF更换成100%DMF或DMAC0.3ml/min冲洗3h
